Flashcard Audio: When using features such as text input, voice recording, or speech recognition, we may collect:

Transcribed text from your voice recordings.
User-provided answers or text inputs.

Meme Merge: High scores, gameplay progress, and other game-related data are stored locally and may sync with iCloud if enabled.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device information, such as device type, operating system version, and app usage statistics.
IP address, which may be used for debugging and performance analysis.
Non-personally identifiable analytics data to improve the Apps.

1.3 Third-Party Services

Both Apps may use third-party services (e.g., analytics or cloud storage) that collect usage and diagnostic data in compliance with their respective privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Flashcard Audio

To process and validate answers using speech recognition or text input.
To enhance the flashcard learning experience, including tracking progress through decks.

2.2 Meme Merge

To track and display high scores, achievements, and in-game progress.
To manage in-app preferences and user settings.

2.3 General Uses

To improve the performance and user experience of the Apps.
To debug and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your data only in the following situations:

Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors that help us maintain and improve the Apps (e.g., analytics providers).
Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

Data Storage: Data such as high scores and gameplay preferences are stored locally on your device. Some features may sync with iCloud if enabled.

Security: We use reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

5.1 Access and Control

You can manage app permissions (e.g., microphone or speech recognition) through your device's settings.
For Flashcard Audio, transcribed data is temporary and cleared after the session ends.

5.2 Data Deletion

To delete locally stored data, uninstall the App from your device.
For synced data, refer to your iCloud settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the Apps or on our website. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
